Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Timeless is developed and maintained by Christopher Williams ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how Timeless handles your information.

Information We Collect

Timeless does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to external servers. All data you create within the app — including notes, collections, tags, favorites, and reading preferences — is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework.

Data Storage

Notifications

If you choose to enable daily reminder notifications, these are processed entirely on your device using iOS's local notification system. No notification content or timing data is transmitted to any external server.

Bible Content

Timeless includes scripture from the World English Bible (WEB) and the King James Version (KJV). Both translations are in the public domain. We do not collect or store any information about which passages you read.

Third-Party Services

Timeless does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or tracking services. We do not share your data with any third parties.

Children's Privacy

Timeless does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. The app requires no account creation and performs no data transmission.

Your Rights

Because all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over it at all times. You can delete all app data by uninstalling Timeless from your device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected at this URL. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
